Not necessarily! Are there better things to look at in full colors?!

(it's not for his benefit, neither is it to grace scott's eyes with the beauty of the female form. it's much more about helping him loosen up, to find comfort, so he trusts dazai even more. he can tell the other is a little stiff still, so what's a better way to let that dissolve if not by women and alcohol?

they can even sleep together the next day. this is a bond-making exercise.

Most things are better to look at in full color. [His voice continues to carry that slight dryness, at least comfortable enough with his powers that he can poke at them to some degree. It's been a decade now, he's used to certain facts about his life. Of course he still appreciates the small reprieve that Dazai gave him, but he hasn't gotten this far by constantly being angry or defensive.]

Unless you're telling me that you like being seen in different shades of red.

[He remarks as he continues to follow Dazai to where the pole dancers are. To Scott's credit, he doesn't look embarrassed or bothered by this.] You plan on holding my hand the entire time as we watch them?

[One thing is apparent, Dazai is succeeding to some degree in getting Scott to loosen up a little.]

(finally, they arrive, and immediately, dazai's hand reaches for scott's. it's a much better view, as previously established, even if the club is full in red. perhaps a different tone could be similarly exciting? a trip of the visual senses?)

[Seeing things differently, huh. Scott wonders if that's just literally or metamorphically in this sense. Maybe both. Not like he disagrees with that sentiment anyway; everyone truly looks at different aspects of life in their own way.

Despite himself, his hand curls into Dazai's, taking that leap to trust him once more. With their grip solidified, Scott slowly slides his sunglasses to the top of his head before taking everything in with that new bright splash of color. It's still overwhelming, and there's some sad irony that the first time he sees a mostly naked woman in full color is one that's dancing on a pole right now.
